The following is a list of helpful items that you can bring to your Design Consultation:

     

  • Your design preferences, including any photos or addresses of homes you like
  • Finish samples- ie: paint colors, roofings samples, window samples, etc.
  • Location of project - physical address or lot number
  • Set of plans, if applicable (or email pdf file)
  • Look and feel of  the neighborhood
